Nancy, I obtained a marriage license from them about 4 years ago. I called them to find out what I had to do, and the lady checked the date for me while I was waiting. Then, she had me send a letter with a check; I received the license in less than 2 weeks. They were extremely helpful, as far as I am concerned.
