He was a retired shipping clerk for Alcan Foil Products, where he worked for over 30 years, a Navy veteran of the Korean Conflict, 50 year member of Suburban Masonic Lodge #740, past Monarch of Aahamed Grotto and past president of the Midwest Grotto Association. Preceded in death by a daughter, Debra Sue Adcock. Survivors include his wife, the former Virginia Morgan; two sons, Ronald (Linda) and Richard (Peggy) Adcock; two daughters, Teresa Ann Adcock and Rebecca Kay Adcock; brother, Robert Adcock (Antoinette); three grandchildren, Kimberly Willoughby (Steve), Ashley Adcock (Jeremy) and Heather Adcock. Tom will be greatly missed by his family and friends; and his sidekick and best friend, Precious. The funeral will be 2 p.m. Monday at Nunnelley Funeral Home, 4327 Taylor Blvd. with cremation to follow.
