    3. Roll Call time - we are just being to quiet and since there are 89 of us here........... well..........let's do it. When just listing a surname, it doesn't tell us what specific information that you are looking for. Most of us have a lot of surnames that we have information on, but numerous ones have something specific that is causing the brick wall that we all run into. I know that it is a little early to be thinking of the holidays <smiles>, at least for me - but....... I would like each one of you to write in and let us know about one or a half dozen or so ancestors that you would invite for Thanksgiving and/or Holiday dinner and the questions that you would ask them to help shed some light on your genealogy. Thanks, Jan Cortez List Administrator

    3. I would love to meet the older generation of Evert clan...and find out why that name is so hard to find info on, for one thing, for my children. My ex husbands family doesn't speak to half their relatives, so I am wondering if previous generations were that way too, hence no one sharing info. 3. I would like to invite Mary Amanda Marlatt Beemer over for dinner. She was born in Ontario in 1850 and died in Mecosta County in 1908. I would like to ask about her dad Nathaniel Marlatt. Did he really exist - or is he a figment of my imagination? We have no idea when or where he was born - we don't know when or where he married Phoebe Ammerman - and we don't know when or where he died - but it was between 1881 and 1901. Phoebe is buried in Waterford, Norfolk County, Ontario. To sum it up neatly - we don't know nutttin about Nathaniel. Nathaniel - speak to me! gypsy Roll Call time - we are just being to quiet and since there are 89 of us here........... well..........let's do it.
