I have a copy of the burials for the Mt. Carmel Cemetery - There aren't any Mulholland burials there, but there are Johnson's. You might not be finding the death certificate because the death may not have occured in Mecosta county. Alot of people use the Grand Rapids Hospitals. A burial record could be obtained from the owners of the cemetery. I do believe its private. Contact Big Rapids township and they should be able to give you that info. On the mecosta county website - lookup the township page for BR Township - they ahve an email address and their physical address and phone number are listed.
