Hi everyone I've joined this list to see if anyone can help. In my husband's Family Bible there's an entry for George Watts b 1901, son of George R Watts, in Marquette. There is also a marriage entry for George R Watts in Marquette, but no date and, most unhelpfully, no mention of his bride's name. I'd be grateful if someone could tell me how to confirm this information. Who would I contact to get a search done for the certificates and how much would it cost?. George R was born in the UK and I think he came back here at some time after his son was born. This is the first time I've had to find anything in the U.S.A. Thanks Jan Paton Berkshire UK
