William Nels Koppari William Nels Koppari of Hoffman Estates Funeral services for William Nels Koppari, 75, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, at Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral Home, 330 W. Golf Road, Schaumburg. Born April 2, 1927, in Ontonagon, Mich., he died Tuesday, June 18, 2002, in Hoffman Estates. Interment will be in St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery. Mr. Koppari was an Air Force veteran of World War II. He was a cement finisher and superintendent for the Lundsberg Corporation for more than 50 years. He held a gold card through the Cement Masons Union Local #0502. William is survived by his wife, Sharon (nee Wilson); children, William J. (Nikki) Koppari, Kevin C. Koppari and Kimberly A. (Bobby) Wells; grandchildren, Lauren, Derek and Brooke Koppari and Kristen Fails; siblings, Howard Koppari, Bertha Ramm and James (Mary Margaret) Koppari; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. today, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one's ch! oice.
