Mervyn D. "Yogi" Belmore Mervyn D. "Yogi" Belmore of Streamwood IL for 39 years Memorial services for Mervyn D. "Yogi" Belmore, 71, will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, at Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Road), Streamwood/Schaumburg IL. Born March 1, 1931, in Marquette, Mich., he died Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2002, at his home. Cremation is private. After many years of service, Mr. Belmore retired from Illinois Tool Works Shakeproof Division in Elgin IL. He was a veteran, having served in the Marines. Mervyn is survived by his wife of 51 years, Cleo Belmore (nee Roberts); children, Richard of Hampshire IL , Christa (Dallas) Bragg of Elgin, Laura Paradowicz of Elgin, Kathy (Pete) Hussain of Lilburn, Ga., Sandra (Robert) Feltz of Streamwood IL, Paul (Chris) of Hanover Park IL, John (Virginia) of Berkley IL, Patricia Clum of Elgin and Ann (Mike) Klunk of Belvidere IL; brother, LeRoy Mich; sisters, Karen Lemeiux, Rita Dezeote and Susan Zorza; 22 grandchildren; 14 great-gr! andchildren; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two children; his parents; and two brothers. Visitation will be from noon until the time of services Sunday, at the funeral home.
