From my source; a very kind lady over 80 years old still residing in Bear Lake. She writes: "My sources say that there were Bells near Thompsonville. The Bear Lake rural routes cover a wide area and they could have had a Bear Lake address." "A Mildred Bell was adopted and raised by the Hilborns and married Carl Nelson. I soppose they could have changed her first name. The Nelsons lived on Linderman Rd. in Bear Lake, MI. They had three children, 2 girls one named Nancy, and a son named Ronald. I think Ron dead.
