Conklin of the town of Pleasanton, a farmer, give, devise and bequeath all of my property and Estate, both real and personal as follows, to wit: To my dear and faithful wife, Mary, I devise all my real Estate, consisting of 80 acres, The East 1/2 of the South East quarter of Section twenty Eight Town 24 North of Range 15 West, and it is my desire that she shall divide the farm among the children, my heirs, as she shall deem just and right whenever she shall cease to need it. My personal estate, One Toke of Cattle and a cow and heifer I also bequeath to my wife Mary. I appoint Stillman H. Green of Pleasanton, a farmer, Executor of this my last will, at Pleasanton, on the Seventh day of August A.D. 1881.
