Second, I give, devise and bequeath to my wife Kate McNeil, and such of my children as may be living at the time of my death, except my son John already provided for, the remainder of my Real and Personal Estate for their support, to be divided as the law directs. Third, I hereby appoint my son John McNeil guardian of the person and estate of such my children as may be minors at the time of my death. Fourth, I hereby appoint Edward Kenny executor of this my last Will and Testament.
