After the payment of all of my just debts & funeral expenses & expenses of my last sickness I give, devise & bequeath all the property both real and personal of every name and nature which I may own & hold or be entitled to at the time of my decease to my beloved husband Wilhelm Baumann to have and to hold the same forever. And I do hereby nominate and appoint him the said Wilhelm Baumann as executor of this my last will and testament and request that he be not required to give any bonds for the execution of this trust- In witness whereof I have hereunto to this my last will & testament contained on one sheet of legal cap papers subscribed my name and affixed my seal this 23d day of November 1882- Emilie Baumann Witnessed by Herm.
