Conklin of Bear Lake Manistee County Michigan, Farmer, make this my last Will. I give, devise and bequeath my estate and property real and personal as follows that is to say. To my daughter, Mattie Violetta Conklin the sum of three hundred dollars and the remainder of my property in equal shares amongst my three daughters Viz: Mattie Violetta Conklin aforesaid, Clara Rosedell Richmond and Myrtie Minerva Conklin. And it is my will that my wife Levina M. Conklin shall have exclusive use of all my property real and personal for two years from the date of my death. At the expiration of said two years it is my will that Clara Rosedell Richmond and Myrtie Minerva Conklin shall each have her portion, and that Mattie Violetta Conklin shall have her portion when she shall have attained the age of eighteen years. I appoint my wife Levina M. Conklin ececutor of this my will.
