I am looking to reunite her with her family in Iowa. Kate was born about 1857 in Burlington, Des Moines County, Iowa. She marries a Schumann and died in Manistee, Michigan according to her half-sister's obituary. Any help locating this family is appreciated. She also has a sister, Mary R. Messmer that also marries a Schumann and is living in Manistee 8/1958.
