His body was brought back here for services, and burial in the Cleon Township Cemetery. Mr. STURT was born March 19, 1900 in Grand Traverse County and had lived in Manistee and Benzie Counties most of his life. Surviving are his wife Lillie; three sisters, Mrs. Myrtle HALL of Grand Haven, Mrs. Stella WHEELER of Grand Rapids and Mrs. Lila LOCKE of Cadillac; and his brother, Harold STURT of Toledo, Ohio. ********** NOTE: Rollin was the natural son of Solomon & Augusta (STANDISH) LEWIS. He appears to have been raised & adopted by his Uncle and Aunt, David and Florence STURT, sometime after Solomon died in 1910.
