I am researching the families of Ignatius Baczynski ca 1845 - 1902 and Mateusz Kielpinski 1841 - 1923. Both men and their families were in Manistee from 1872 to mid 1880's. I am especially interested in any information on a John Bachinski of Manistee 1838 - 1901 who appears almost certain to be a sibling of Ignatz. I am looking for a clue as to place of origin on the Baczynski family. That is the only line of my immigrant ancestors that I do not have an origin on. Thank you for any help that you may offer.
