My mothers family came from Poland in the 1880s and settled in Manistee City. They are the Chycisnkis. They belonged to St Josephs Church. What areas in Manistee at the turn of the century where the Polish lived? Is there a Polish society in Manistee that holds family history records? Are there city directories in the Library?
