I have a recent photo of the Copemish M.E. Church -- it is unused and decaying, but still here -- and I have a copy of an old postcard (maybe around 1910/20) that shows the church when it was in use. If you would be interested, I could send you copies. Also -- I haven't checked it our myself yet, but I have discovered that Albion College, in Albion, Michigan, has a special collection of records from Michigan M.E. Churches -- Copemish is listed in the collection. I have also found a record of Sylvanus Evens (and Abraham) in a research paper I bought from the Marilla Historical Society. It is a Masters Thesis, written by Betty Bowling Hansen, on the history of Marilla Township. If you are interested in any of these things, just let me know!
