Macomb Letter, Macomb, Dec. 2, 1884 Death has again entered this neighborhood. On Sunday morning Nov. 30, Nettie, the daughter of Ira and Louisa Kniffen, aged 18 years and 6 months. She was stricken down with fever while taking care of her brother and during her last sickness was a great sufferer. Nettie was loved by all who knew her. Sweet spirited, good her self, she looked upon all as being good. She was buried on Monday at the Preston Cemetery. Rev. Lucas attended the funeral service. The family in their great affliction, share the sympathies of all.
