There's only one book in German, and that's from 1872 until about 1930. Pasted into the front of that book is a section of records from 1866 until 1871, 7 pages worth. Those records date from before the signing of the Lutheran charter. You wouldn't need to zerox the books to translate --- I put them on CD. (Now to get the newsletters on CD!) Most of the book I can read, like the birth and death entries. There are a couple sections however --- like the early church history -- that are all in German. There is also a year's worth of newsletters that are in German. Those I have wanted to find help with. Besides the record book are all of the old minutes books, like Voter's Meetings, LLA, Ladies' Aid, Walther League, and I think there is even a Circuit book.
