I recently completed a research project on Louis Tremblay/Trombley [1811-1859] & Victoria Robertjeanne [1812-1858] and their children. Anyone descended from them is likely to find the information interesting since it gives his complete ancestry--which was not known when FRENCH FAMILIES IN THE DETROIT RIVER REGION was revised in 1987. The couple appears in brief outline in the book on page 1203. The project is presented in a 65 page booklet which is available at both the Mt Clemens and St Clair Shores Libraries [as well as some others]. It unlocked the history of my great-grandfather Paul Trombley for me and I hope it will be useful to many others. I have a few copies of the booklet left which I'd like to see in the hands of family descendants or other interested individuals based on reimbursement for photocopying and mailing costs only.
