Strait Kennedy: ROSS - INWOOD Married at the home of of the bride's mother, Mrs. Vesta J. Ross, early Sunday, Jan 1, Miss Bernice Ross to Mr. Eugene Inwood. The ceremony was performed by Mr. W. C. Inwood, father of the groom. The bridal pair stood under a wreath of mountain laurel and ground pine holly and misletoe. The laureel and pine came from the Alleghany mountains in Pennsylvania, gathered by the groom's father, near the home of his sister, Mrs. W.S. Eastwood, while he was on a recent visit to that state. The holly and mistletoe were picked in the Ozark mountains in Missouri by Miss Bern Beauchamp, cousin of the bride. Only immediate relatives were present for the ceremony.
