In trying to locate records for the Methodist church in Capac (St. Clair Co.) I was in contact with the archivist at the archives in Adrian for this area of Michigan (much of eastern lower Michigan). According to him, the churchbooks would be located at the local methodist church. If the church is closed, the archives can probably help you locate what church took over the members/books. Lisa
