I talked with Ann yesterday. She is in the hospital and the current diagnosis is pneumonia. Today a scope will be inserted to look around as she mentioned she has one bad lung. She plans to ask her friend Karen Harris to post an update on her condition so we will all know how to pray for her. Keep an eye out for emails from Karen. Ann is a good friend to many of us family historians - I couldn't have published my two books without her assistance. And her involvement in each of our research projects has encouraged many of us to get involved helping others. Thank you, Ann; we are all praying for you. Pat in Nevada
I wish only the best for Ann. She was so helpful to me last summer when I was doing research on the Abernethy/athy family of the Macomb county area. Tina, Ann is one of the finest people I can think of. I am praying that she has the flu not something worse. In 1995 she helped me with my Sterling Township Lockwood's. I do whatever I can to help her. Right now my project is going thru the obituary index Ann sent me on a CD for duplicates, typo's, anything I notice. She will probably want to bonk me on the head when she learns I posted that she was very sick.
