I can't find my copy at the moment, but I'm sure that if you write snail mail to Ste Anne's, Mackinac Island, MI, they will respond with the answers you need. It wasn't expensive when I bought my copy. I haven't had any trouble when I explored its innards. I just haven't been able to find it for the last two weeks.
