Are you all aware of the CD "Mackinac Register 1695-1888?" It contains baptisms, marriages, and death records as recorded by the priests of the day. You might write to Ste. Anne's Church, P.O. Box 537, Mackinac Island, MI 49757. It's not very expensive. At least, it wasn't when I bought mine.
