I purchased one last summer. They had just reprinted the book. The Chief's sister, Elizabeth Lozon, was mother to my Great, Great, Grandmother, Christine Lozon Fountain. There's a museum in St. Ignace called Fort Du Baude (sp?) It's in the basement of a gift shop on the main street. There's an interesting exhibit of the settlement and artifacts belonging to Elizabeth. She was a medicine woman. There are also many pictures of family members although they are not identified. I also met a teenage granddaughter of the Lozon's while visiting. She told me her Grandmother ( I can't recall her name) was still living (age 95). She also said her Grandmother was the former owner of the Lozon's Motel until she was no longer able to manage. This young lady was working in the museum gift shop in the same building as the chamber of commerce. Pam

Also you can try some of the gift shops. I got mine at the Balsam shop on Mackinac Island about 10 yrs ago.
