Part of your message read: "and the Doner's and Davis's as well, as mother-in law was a Davis and her Mother was a Doner." My grandmother was a Doner, b. March 31, 1873 on Mackinac Island to Antoine Doner/Madaline Asselin. I have been researching this family for a long time. Is this the same Doner family you're researching?
