Mr. VAN CONIS was born Feb. 14, 1902, in Pennsylvania. Before his retirement, he operated Van's 99 Service Station in Ludington, Mich. Surviving are his wife, Lois; one daughter, Mrs. Donald (Ruth) STAGGS of Veedersburg, Ind.; 2 sons, Bill and Ralph ELMORE of Lawrence, Mich.; 20 grandchildren; Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. from the Zolp Funeral Chapel, Paw Paw, with Rev. Leroy J. Hoover officiating. Graveside services 11 a.m. Sat. at Lakeview Cemetery, Ludington, Mich.
