Now let me explain,why I'm asking about James!...He probated my Step GGG Grandfather's will,and was married to Step grandpa William Taylor's daughter Lorinda,in the 1880 census,James and Lorinda lived either with or next door to William and Malissa Taylor (Malissa is my GGGGrandma,. my Malissa married a John Irving in Allen Co Indiana on Oct 31,1869,John must have died befor the 1870 census,as Malissa was then single and had taken back the name of Miller,she then married William Taylor in Aug of 1871,I think this John,is also somehow connected to James) James and Lorinda had 2 kids mentioned in William Taylors will, written on,Jan 13,1896,they were named Cindy and Aleck,we know Lorinda died in 1883 in Wexford Co,MI.The will was probated on July 10,1910. Have you ever heard of this Cindy and Aleck? What was your GGrandmothers name? I'm guessing you were from his 2nd marriage? Also have you ever heard of a Willis Taylor mentioned,(this was William and Malissa's son)who we believe,remained close,as he was also up in the UP,in Mackinac Co. I think I have also found James and family in Iowa in the 1860 census,in Iowa,where he was born. The Millers,Taylors and Irvings seem to be pretty intertwined up until Lorindas death in 83.....could you send me what you have on his wife and their children,so I can add it into my tree? Thanks Lori
