While I do know some things on Joseph particularily that he came to Mackinac Island, and lived there, and left quite an impression...even some camp on the island was named for him. While I do know of him well I have no clue on his wife Mary A. Chapman. I do know they were married September 09, 1880, and lived on the Island together. She was rumored to be part Cherokee, and she died on December 28, 1934, but I have no Birthdate, or burial. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide me.
