Hi all - just a note to let you know that the Moran Township Board of Trustees has also published 2 books - one called When the Moon is high (38 pps), and the other, Moran Township Sesquicentennial Edition (233 pps.).  The second book has info on burials in the cemeteries or Gros Cap, Western Brevort and Ozark.  The last time I was there, which was last summer they literally had boxes of these books half way to the ceiling!  Both books together were around $25.  The contact is Janis Holle, she is the township clerk, her number is 906/643-8027.  These paper back books are valuable if you have family from around St. Ignace.  Happy hunting!
