A brother in Chile, Francis b. abt. 1887 (England, USA or Chile); d: abt. 1955 in Concepción, Chile. Emma (d: abt. 1930 in Chile) travelled, with her two children (Francis & Victoria), decided eventually to get off at Valparaiso, Chile, towards 1890. Emma would have left her husband Francis MELLS and five other children from a port origin not known for a destination port not known (originally not Valparaiso), perhaps from England to California.
