Mills born in Liberty Center, IA on May 14, 1919 and died January 8, 1996 in Vero Beach, FL. He has 2 brothers: Eldon Mills or Orlando, FL and Orval Mills or Sun Lakes, AZ He married a woman named Luella, although I am not sure when or what her maiden name is. He lived in Maryland in the 1980's Any information would be very much appreciated!
