Not sure where or what you are looking for, county wise? But try Montgomery, Jackson and Haywood. In Haywood County, you may try James ENSLEY. He was father to Rebecca A MILLS children, John Wilson and Mary. Rebecca married to Thomas "Clem" WOOD. Some of the children John and Mary, were rumored to be on census as WOOD and not MILLS. Might account for the absence. From John Wilson MILLS on down, I do not have any place names. Maybe on other gen sites? Seems like the MILLS are linked in some way to Miami County, Ohio with the CLONTZ family. From there it would appear that some of the aligned families all of the above, went down further to GA, then to AL then to FL. and also some over to LA and to TX.
