Still looking for the parents of my Moses Mills (ca1747-1833), enlisted in Rev. War 1776 from Halifax Co., VA where he was a resident, married 1787 in Charlotte Co., VA to Keronhappuck Rather, dau. of James and Lucy Rather. Moved to Elbert Co., GA, lived there for many years before moving to Fayette Co., GA where he died. Children: (1) William Mills (1788-1860), married Nancy Brown; (2) James Mills (born 1790), married Nancy McMullan; (3) Martha Clabourn Mills (born 1797), married Richard Phipps.
