Would like to know if anyone has information about Samuel MILLS of James River, VA. His will seems to have been filed in that court jurisdiction. I have a copy of hand written will, listing his children and direction of his estate. Very interested in how this Samuel MILLS ties in to James and William MILLS also of James River, VA, as early plantation owners. Thank you Pat cw
