Hi Art: It would appear that they were not sure exactly when they were born. The dates seem to be off on the ten year lapse between census. Both James and Sarah? Unless you made some more typo's? Or the census taker did not personally interview this family, but relied on the next door neighbors for information about them. Also noticed that possibly James married in between 1870 and 1880? Unless Hannah was a sister? or is she James new wife? I do not have access to look at the census record myself to check it out. So far I have not linked up to any other family on my files. Pat cw
