Family moved to Elbert Co., GA where they lived for many years before moving to Fayette Co., GA.Their children were William, James and Martha Clabourn Mills. William married Nancy Brown and remained in Elbert Co. James married Nancy McMullan and moved from Elbert to Fayette Co., GA. Martha married Richard Phipps in Elbert Co. and also moved to Fayette Co.
