Pat, The parents of Thomas Warren Mills were William Franklin Mills born 1849 in Naples, Illinois and Clara McNeal. Married in 1874 in Illinois. Thomas Warren married a Maggie Jane Vaden in Oklahoma. Here are some more. William Franklin parents' were Jerome B. Mills b 1818 and Emaline Southard..Illinois. Besides William they had two other sons, Thomas b 1849 and Warren b. 1847? both born in Il and died in Oklahoma.
