Hello Jack and list: It is interesting as "THEY" say what a small world we live. In looking for the brothers MITCHELL, I found my Uncle Ogden and his family listed on the same database that included the MITCHELL brothers and their related families. My Aunt Irene June Jolliff MILLS, wife of Ogden D. MILLS, son of George Washington MILLS and Grace E GREEN, are there. Not sure if the researcher just happened across our family of MILLS as it related to their JOLLIFF, or maybe they were thinking a possible connection to our MILLS, indirectly. As far as I know, I do not see the link. Sometimes, though, the connection might be under my nose. Just have to keep looking at it. Again indirectly, there are descendant related families of the John MILLS and Rebecca SMITH of Sussex CO. NJ and Grimsby, Ontario, and Clinton Ontario, CANADA that do reside in St. Louis, Missouri. What a small world it is becoming because of genealogy. Just wanted to share with you all. On a sad note, to report, that Aunt Irene June Jolliff, passed away last evening August 30, 2006 in Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio. Long Life, age 87 years. "SHE OUTLIVED THEM ALL." This is my post script for her. In the under currents as I was growing up, some family members, I will not name here, were very unkind to her, about her, and for her. I hope that this is not going to be too harsh to post here for those who are related have not been advised.
