He retired from Philips Lightning in Bath, NY, he was a member of the First Baptist Church, Lockport, NY, he was on the Church Visitation Team, he volunteered at Raymond Community Food Bank. He is survived by his wife, Elonda Grant Mills, his son, Fred Mills of Grand Island, NY, daughter, Pamela (George) Nichols of Savona, NY, Karen (Dennis) Smith of Campbell; step-son Jeffery (Faith) Mills of Hornell, NY, Jim Warner, of Glen Ridge, NJ, Nell (Penny) of Chino Valley, AR, Joel Grant of Spokane, WA; step-daughters, Nancy (James) Riegel of Mountenview, VA, and his sister, Joyce (Elgin) of Wellandport,ON; 20 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; Calling hours are being observed Friday Jun 9, 2006 from 1-3 pm and 6-8pm at the Bond-Davis Funeral Home of Bath where his funeral service will take place on Saturday at 11am with the Rev. Ray Kash officiating. His burial will be held in Greenville Cem, Howard, NY There will be a Memorial Serviced held on Tuesday Jun 14, 2006 at the First Baptist Church in Lockport, NY with the Rev. Ray Kush officiating.
