Her marriage bond to James Hendrix was signed (marked) by Jacob CLOSE/CLOSSES in Nelson County, KY in 1787. Jacob CLOSE was the father of John CLOSE. That same day in Nelson County, Kentucky, the marriage bond between Anna WELLS (sister of Elisabeth "Betsy" Wells) and Ethelbert MILLS was signed by James Hardin/Harden (husband of Margaret "Peggy" WELLS.
