Does anyone know how to obtain an e-mail address from the Family Tree pages of Roots Web? It used to be ease, but now the addresses are impossible for me to decifer. I really need to correspond with some of the people. The same problem exists on ANcestry.com's Family Tree entries. I am frustrated. Shirley

Put your cursor on the address and right click it; save the image to your desktop. Remember what you name the image - it will be a GIF file. Then open it with whatever image viewing software you have. I find Microsoft Photo Editor works fine. When the .gif image opens, you can go to its View dropdown menu and zoom to whatever size you want - I use 200%. If the address still is not clear, go to the Image menu, click on Balance. Then decrease the brightness and increase the contrast - play with different settings until you get maximum readability. If you have another image viewer, it should have resizing and rebalancing options. Good luck! Ted Mills
