    1. John and Rachel
    2. Recently I received an email from AncestralFindings.com (_lookups@ancestralfindings.com_ (mailto:lookups@ancestralfindings.com) ) that had a search mode that you can use to find names of MILLS. I asked for a list of John MILLS of Massachusetts and received a very long list. Their database is listed as Marriage Index - Massachusetts, 1633 - 1850 Among which is an entry for John MILLS who married "a" Rachel BATES on October 5, 1743 in Boston, MA Suffolk County. For Rachel BATES with spouse John MILLS, from just John to John Sr to John III, to John "O", they all have the same marriage date listed for them as about 1706 to 1708. Some with and some without the Chester Co. PA reference. For Rachel, however, they have her being born from Massachusetts to CT to MD to Chester Co, PA. I am just wondering if there are more than one couple with these names, and somehow some of the information of their families, children, etc. have gotten garbled over the years. Is there anyone who has the concrete documentation on these couples, as to where born, died, married, children, etc, that can be of help to us all in separating them out into distinct families.(Other than what I just typed above.) Is there any proof at all that the Rachel BATES, who is listed as being born in Boston, MA, married there to John, ever went to Philadelphia, PA and then on to Chester Co, PA? And that one of their subsequent descendants also married same names and they are the ones listed for Chester Co, PA? Or is this just a re wash of the same information passed down and recycled. Pat cw NOTE: Again, I do not know from where the AncestralFindings.com web site gleaned their data either.
