His third marriage is only passed on information as to which has not be verified was to Jennie Kennedy. It does not appear that there is any direct relationship from the Frank Mills Smith, to Farville Kirkwood Mills or William Herschel Mills. Just the marriage of Nina M. Smith and William H. Mills.
