Tammy, Do you have a name a birth date for your relative? Sorry I have no information on the Globe Church, but a quick history of the NC geography might help. Many of John Mills Sr. b ca 1687/8 moved to Orange Co. in 1752/3. They were in Wilks, Surry, Roan, Guilford and Orange Counties. However, most of them never moved - but the county boarders did move.
