I am not sure who were you asking about Hurry MILLS, but in my source file attached to that download it shows: Aka Hurry MILLS on all of the Hur or Hurr listed. Also on some of the Hurry MILLS it lists my source as from the "Don de Jose Ortega" DAR records listed from Mildred Jones. Mildred's information came from her direct through our telephone conversations from back before 1990. I am still trying to find her daughters telephone number to find where they donated all of her research, documents her acceptance into the DAR. Also on Hur Hurr or Hurry MILLS one source lists from White.FTW and Graves.FTW. Within that download also is listed "White Family Bible: And again "White Family Bible" owned by daughter, Anna E Hunt White. You might check on either rootsweb.com or gencircles.com or genealogy.com and maybe get a reference that way to where those names listed might have come. Pat, It was sent to you, I was not asking about Hurry, I'm pointing out the error in that line of thought if it relates to John Mills Sr. b ca 1688 and his descendants named Hur. Hurry Mills may very well exist, just not in John Mills Sr. line. If I saw Hurry used instead of Hur for this family I would know that the proper research and conformation had not been completed. I expect and require more than a phone conversation or a WEB site reference. Just as a side note, we know that John Mills Sr. most likely was born is England, but there is also a chance he was born in PA or VA. Hur is a name that was used in Wales that has been translated as Hugh.
