James Ellison Mills was born in ME. Died in San Fernando, Durango, Mexico in 1901. His first wife, the mother of his children was Mary Collier from NY. His second wife Jane Breed Dearborn was born in NY , founded a private girls school in Orange, NJ. and married Mills in 1894.
