But what the copies from the New Jersey State Archives, at Trenton, NJ, does confirm what you have typed on your bio for him. Except I just noticed that you say he was previously a resident of Staten Island, NY? Was this before he went to PA and then moved to NJ? There is some reference in the ASHBRBIDGE book about Mary's family, her son, James, and something about the MILLS and ASHBRIDGE's going to the coast of NJ about some land, does this ring any bells with what you have read about them? I read it just briefly, and did not make a copy of the reference as I was in a hurry and had to run out for a little while that day. I was just trying to clarify the reference that Mr. Dilts has on the family page for John and Rebecca, that as far as the information on those particular pages, to the archivist and me, does not apply to John B: 1733, UE Loyalist of Canada. Unless Mr. Dilts has some other information that he has, that he neglected in a hurry as well, to type onto the page at the same time.
