Woodruff is mentioned often in my line but can't get the connection yet. What I'm really trying to do is get some information on where Hiram's b-1804 NY parents were born. I have a report on Hiram's parents being Born in NY & NJ. Would there be any way I can track him to Scotland where ever his parents would have been from.
